The redevelopment of a new 19,000-square-meter space to add to the production site at the Sabbio Chiese headquarters is in full swing
Dall'Era Valerio expands plant
Dall'Era Valerio continues its process of expansion to support international demand. To the current spaces that make up the headquarters in Sabbio Chiese, in the province of Brescia, where more than 60 people work, a warehouse of more than 19,000 square meters is being added. A space that is undergoing a radical renovation to meet the growing needs for brass nuts and fittings, which already reach 31 countries on 5 continents. The development plans, which now place us as one of the most innovative Italian players in brass components, are ambitious and include further entrenchment in overseas markets. Not only an even more widespread presence in Europe, where we have always exported, but also in the United States and Canada, as well as in several areas in Asia.
Headquarters expansion to foster growth
In order to cope with the growth process in the coming years, Dall'Era Valerio is therefore equipping itself with space that will facilitate logistics and overall production. Already today, our brass fittings are used in a wide variety of sectors: they are used in heating systems, civil and industrial plumbing, gas, valves, faucets and refrigeration, just to name a few. Support for growth is made possible by strong know-how in custom and customer-designed production of brass nuts and fittings of almost any shape within a range from 1/2″ to 3".
The investment in infrastructure
The renovation of the new space will require months of work. The goal is to be able to bring it up to the technological and functional level of the entire facility. In fact, in recent years, the facility has been constantly undergoing technological and infrastructural improvements to make it more and more efficient. The entire production process of our nuts and other fittings takes place in Sabbio Chiese for a total daily capacity of 1.3 million pieces. This is an outstanding result, guaranteed by huge investments, trained personnel and state-of-the-art machinery. Each stage is characterized by precise continuous improvements that allow an adequate response to the needs of multinational customers.
New milestones
In fact, all major steps, from technical drawing to customer specification to machining to threading, take place in a facility that is particularly focused on performance and quality. The quality control chain implemented by Dall'Era follows a strict protocol, the verification data of which are documented according to the standards required by both international regulations and customers. The new 19,000-square-meter warehouse will support the growth process. New space for new goals to be achieved.
