Increased production line at Dall'Era Valerio
The increase in the production line sees the addition of 2 new transfers. These are 6-unit transfers for the production of particularly complex brass nuts and fittings. CNC machines with high standards of production performance. Another step forward in implementing high standards of Quality management according to the directives of the most demanding multinational companies. These machines guarantee an extremely low absolute number of rejects due to production defects. To date, we can ensure a reject rate of only a few units per million parts produced.
53 state-of-the-art transfer machinery
So the transfer machinery fleet features a total of 53 state-of-the-art production islands. The transfers and other machinery occupy nearly 10,000 square meters of production areas that guarantee a production capacity of around 1.3 million parts per day. Not only nuts, but also almost all types of brass connections. From tees to bends, from o-ring seated tangs to lock nuts, from inserts to ferrules, from screws to gas knobs. And also tangs for thermostatic valves, tangs for flat gaskets, eccentrics, nickel-plated and chrome-plated fittings, gas reducers, brass tire holders, and multiple brass bodies including angle valves.

The increase in Dall'Era Valerio's production line serves to respond to growing international orders in 31 countries. Multinational customers, particularly in Europe and Asia, but also in the United States, require brass fittings and connections with specific characteristics. Dall'Era Valerio's production has expanded over time, consolidating its ability to offer a very wide variety of brass components. Expanded by size of the part, ranging from 1/2″ to 3", by shape of the finished product and by sector of use. Starting from the customer's technical drawing, we are able to handle a particularly complex finished part.
