New machinery to keep up with demand
The definite expansion of volumes associated with Dall'Era's production has recently resulted in the adoption of two new, state-of-the-art machines. An expansion of the production line due to the growing international demand from our customers, particularly in Europe, including major countries such as Germany and France, and in North America. Demand from the international market increasingly focuses on supplies made according to specific requests for complex brass fittings. Sizes are in the range from 1/2" to 3".
What the new machines guarantee
These are 2 new transfer machines equipped with 6 and 8 units respectively. Particularly high-performance CNC machines. They allow very high precision in machining, with reduced times to guarantee a total peak production of 1.3 million pieces per day. They add to Dall'Era's current fleet of more than 50 machines, including transfers, sandblasting machines and optical control machines. A production department of more than 8,000 square meters allows the group to be able to expand and diversify products and keep up with orders.
